Through mindfulness and focused breathing, meditation cultivates self-awareness and emotional regulation. Physiologically, it lowers blood pressure, improves sleep, and boosts the immune system. Ultimately, meditation fosters a sense of inner calm and clarity, fostering a more fulfilling and harmonious life.

Classes are suitable for beginners and those with some experience looking to practice with others.  Small groups.

Meditation/ Machnamh

Three options to choose from this Spring!
  • Machnamh ar an Máirt. As Gaeilge, In studio, Tuesday evenings, 9.30-10pm. For those who would like to start a new meditation practice while using their Irish/ brushing up on their cúpla focal. This can be a gentle way to attune the ear to the language again as there is no requirement for participants to speak. Calming, grounding class to set you up for sleep. 8 euro
  • Machnamh ar an Máirt Online, Tuesday evenings, 9.30-10pm. This is a live class , delivered virtually. 5 euro
  • Morning Meditation. In Studio, Saturday mornings , 7.15-8am.          10 euro
